PERSHORE'S Annual Town Meeting is taking place on Thursday, (May 8) at the Town Hall.
The meeting, beginning at 7pm, will see a meeting of the town council and local people as everyone gets the chance to have their say on current issues.
The incoming Mayor and Deputy Mayor will be officially invited to take over the roles at the meeting, currently held by Mayor Charles Tucker and Deputy Mayor Tony Rowley.
Organisations and charities will also receive grant awards from Cllr Tucker and his mayoral charities, Pershore Riverside Youth Centre and the Acquired Aphasia Trust will be presented with donations.
