THE deadline for Wychavon’s first ever Intelligently Green Awards is fast approaching.
The awards will recognise, celebrate and promote green projects and activities in Wychavon in four categories, energy, construction, transport and food, tourism and green space.
The council is urging residents, households, community groups, schools and businesses to nominate their innovative, creative and environmentally positive activity or projects by 5pm on Friday, May 30.
Activities and projects must have taken place in te Wychavon district and have taken place between 1 April 1, 2011 and March 31, 2014.
The awards are sponsored by Rooftop Housing Group, Red Deer Herbs, The Evesham Greengrocer and Transition Evesham Vale.
