A man who was rescued from the River Avon died the same day.
West Mercia Police have confirmed Mark Fell, whose age is still unknown and who is believed to be of Moseley, died at Alexandra Hospital, Redditch, on Monday, July 7.
Mr Fell was rescued from the River Avon, in Offenham, Near Evesham on Monday, at 11.49am, close to the Fish and Anchor Inn.
A spokeswoman for West Mercia Police said: "Mr Fell passed away at the hospital on the same day he was taken there.
"The police are not treating the death as suspicious but enquiries are on-going."
Fire and ambulance crews were called to pulled Mr Fell from the river.
Anyone with information is asked to call 101, quoting incident number 0262s of July 7 2014.
