THE ownership of a Pershore road is set to pass into the hands of the town council.
Cemetery Lane, off Station Road in Pershore, will be given the council by its current owners Bloor Homes, in a move that benefits both parties.
The recommendation to accept the road came from the council's cemetery committee and was agreed by the main council.
They were told the developer would be resurfacing the road before the hand over.
