EVESHAM Library will be hosting several special events to keep people busy over the summer holidays.
The first is a family fun day on Saturday, August 9, from 10.30am until 3pm, followed by a comic book workshop for teenagers on Saturday, August 23, between 12.30pm and 3pm.
The library is also busy registering children for the exciting 2014 Summer Reading Challenge.
The challenge is for children aged four to eleven to read six books during the long summer holiday and the theme this year is mythical maze.
Children can read whatever they like, fact books, joke books, picture books and audio books, just as long as they are borrowed from the library.
Every time a child finishes a book they get stickers and rewards and there's a certificate and medal for everyone who finishes.
The library will also be organising mythical activities throughout the school holidays.
To book places on the workshop call the library on 01905 822722.
