AN EVESHAM man has denied two counts of sexually assaulting a woman by touching her and stealing a mobile phone worth £180.
Benjamin Perkins, of Temple Mews, appeared at Worcester Magistrates Court on Friday, August 1, where he pleaded not guilty to the charges.
The offences are alleged to have taken place on Monday, July 14.
The 24-year-old was bailed on the condition he does not contact the alleged victim or owner of the phone to return to the court for trial on Thursday, December 4.
