A BIDFORD funeral directors is appealing for local charities to make use of a display window
David Baker Funeral Directors is offering the window within the funeral home's premises in Bidford High Street to a charity so they can promote their cause.
The window which is illuminated at night and has been used in the past to promote Shakespeare Hospice, The Dogs Trust, Acorns Children's Hospice, Air Ambulance and others are currently displaying a tribute to the start of the First World War.
Gabby Sanchez, from David Baker Funeral Directors, said: "We have for many years offered the free use of our display window to charities when we are not using it for things like a remembrance display in November or to promote the sale of Shakespeare Christmas cards in December.
"We would be very happy to hear from any local charities who have not used the facility before."
Charities who would like to make use of the display window should contact Gabby on 01789 773482 weekdays between 9am and 5pm.
