AN Evesham pub is throwing a special fundraising event in support of the Make A Wish Foundation on Saturday (August 30).
The Railway Hotel, in High Street, will be welcoming rock cover bands Lick of the Pythons and Pandora's Shadow to its stage for the event.
Evesham's mayor, Cllr Charlie Homer, will officially open proceedings at 5.30pm and the music will start at 8.30pm. There will also be a raffle with a host of prizes, including many signed items donated by bands who have performed at the venue.
The Railway Hotel has undergone a full internal and external refurbishment since it reopened on March 22 under new owners Paul Watson and Tash Heritage.
The Make A Wish Foundation is the Railway's nominated charity.
Entry to the fundraiser is free but donations to the cause are encouraged.
