REALITY TV star Jade Goody broke down in tears as she arrived back in the UK after being diagnosed with cancer.

The mother of two flew into London's Heathrow Airport last night after a seven-hour flight from Mumbai, India.

Goody, 27, had learned she had cervical cancer while appearing in Bigg Boss - the Indian version of Big Brother.

Looking tired, Goody told airport staff escorting her through the terminal: "I can't do this."

She broke down as she was met by photographers and left the airport via a private exit. An airport source said: "She seemed really upset."

Goody has returned to the UK for more tests and treatment after receiving the diagnosis in a private phone call from her UK doctor while in the diary room of the Bigg Boss house.

The scenes where she told her fellow housemates she has cancer are to be broadcast.

An insider close to the TV production said: "Everyone was pretty shocked. She was extremely upset. It was clear from that point that she had to leave.

"Bosses have been talking to her about how she would like it handled. She was told they wouldn't broadcast anything that she was not happy with."

Just days before leaving for India and while awaiting test results, Goody spoke of her fears for her sons Bobby, 5, and Freddie, 3, over her cancer.

She revealed how she went into the Indian Big Brother house to pay the bills.

Goody, thought to be earing £100,000 from her appearance, said: "I will worry for my beautiful boys if I get unwell.

"If I do face cancer, I need to make sure I can support the boys."
