A RECENT fund-raising coffee morning at the Acorns charity shop in Bye Street, Ledbury, is being hailed as a great success.
The fundraiser was organised by Janet and David Morris, who live in Ledbury, in memory of their late grandson John-Paul, who received care at Acorns for Three Counties hospice, in Worcester.
Acorns spokesman, Chris Bentley said: "The coffee morning raised a fantastic £1,300. Janet and David are delighted not only with this amount, but also with the support from the community including the Acorns shop volunteers, in helping to make it a success."
