A THERAPIST has launched a weekly mindfulness class in Evesham in the hope of helping people "overcome stress and boosting their inner peace, clarity and happiness".

Daniel Browne will hold the sessions at The Health Hub and Play Cafe in the High Street, starting on Tuesday, August 4 at 10am.

Each class costs £5 and will last from 10am to 10.45am.

Mr Browne, 30, a counsellor, hypnotherapist and coach, said: “I’m excited to be starting a new mindfulness class at the Health Hub and Play Café in Evesham.

"I’m seeing an increasing amount of people who feel stressed due to the demands of life that are placed on us in these modern times.

"Mindfulness is a great tool to help people de-stress and boost their happiness levels. I’ve been practicing mindfulness since the age of 14 and can vouch for its powerful benefits.

"What I’m aiming to do through the mindfulness class is help local people banish stress from their lives and allow their mind to be at peace.

"It’s essentially about stilling the mind and letting it be free.

"Helping to improve the wellbeing of others is something I am incredibly passionate about and I think that the new class in Evesham will be something fresh and beneficial for the town.

"The Health Hub and Play Café is a fantastic venue and I’m grateful to them for allowing use of their studio for the class each week.”
