TEACHERS and students from Zambia have visited a school in Pershore.
The visit is the 13th year of a link between Pershore High School and Lubuto High School in Ndola, Zambia.
The first leg of the exchange will see the visitors take part in activities including workshops in Pershore High School and roadshows in other local schools.
They will also take part in trips to Worcester, Broadway, Stratford, London, Farnborough Air Show and the Gower and have meetings with local dignitaries.
The first formal introduction of our visitors to the local community took place at the school’s Presentation Evening on Thursday, June 23.
The visitors will stay until Tuesday, July 12.
The school's head Clive Corbett said the school was hugely indebted to teachers Laura Webb, Matt Lake, Leane Watkin and Tom Oakley for hosting the visitors and arranging the itinerary.
