NEW members are being invited to join a recently-formed branch of the Round Table.
Founding members of the Pershore Round Table are kick-starting the new year with a series of events, including raft racing, to go karting and curry nights.
The club - exclusively for men - does charity work around the town, such as the Santa sleigh, which last year took place during the Pershore Carnival Fun Run on Sunday, December 18.
Chairman Ian Thorner said: "It was great to see local kid’s faces light up when they saw Santa on his sleigh. We look forward to raising our profile and doing a lot more for Pershore in the years to come."
Founded in 1927, the Round Table provides men aged between 18 and 45 with a place to have fun while supporting their communities.
The Pershore branch was founded by members from other local clubs, but new members are needed.
