Gas leak on London Road
A gas leak has been reported on London Road, Worcester.
The leak is just below traffic lights near the entrance to Waitrose.
@worcstravel, which is run by Worcestershire County Council, tweeted: "We are aware of a gas leak on London Road #Worcester just below @waitrose traffic lights - works will follow later today with temp lights."
However, a spokesman for Worcestershire County Council later said National Grid Gas would not be starting work until Thursday, due to the complex nature of the area.
Three way traffic lights will be in place from around 9.30am on Thursday to allow the work to take place.
