RSPCA Worcester & Mid-Worcestershire Branch is appealing to animal lovers for help with some of its rescued dogs.

The charity is looking for temporary foster homes for two of its dogs who have specific needs.

Geraldine Haynes, branch trustee, said: "Lottie is an affectionate 10-year-old Springer Spaniel who needs a quiet loving home while she is receiving veterinary treatment for her ears and eyes.

"The branch will continue to pay for her treatment and is looking for a kind person or couple with a secure garden to give Lottie lots of TLC."

Meanwhile Katie has been waiting in kennels for a new home for some time. The branch feels she would benefit greatly from being in a home environment, even on a temporary basis.

Mrs Haynes said: "Katie is a friendly five-year-old small staffie who came into care through no fault of her own.

"She is healthy, housetrained, spayed, vaccinated, deflead and wormed.

"She loves company and a 'home life' for a while would be a real treat for her."

If you feel you can help Lottie or Katie, please call Geraldine on 01886 822083.

For rescued animals seeking their forever homes, please visit the local branch website: rspcaworcester.org.uk or call Geraldine on the number above for dogs and Pamela on 01905 841354 for cats and rabbits.
