Pupils from The De Montfort School with Thinus Delport
STUDENTS from The De Montfort School enjoyed a great day with Sky Sports athlete mentor, Thinus Delport.
The visit was part of an eight week programme, Sky Sports Living for Sports Project.
The aim of the project was to teach and develop a range of skills including team work, communication, self-esteem and confidence.
Lisa Houghton, school games organiser, said: "The students finished off by doing a short presentation to Thinus and the year 6 students to show what they have developed."
