Bretforton Show returns to the grounds of Bretforton Manor near Evesham, on Saturday between 1pm and 5pm.
Celebrating its fifth birthday with a record number of entries in the produce competition, the traditional village show is shaping up to be a fun-filled afternoon.
Attractions include the exhibition of show entries, performances from Bretforton Silver Band, demonstrations from Evesham District Reptile Club and Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service, craft stalls, refreshments and a real ale tent from the National Trust owned, Fleece Inn.
There will be a variety of children’s play activities to keep little ones entertained, from face painting to storytelling.
Plus, a chance to look round the stunning gardens of Bretforton Manor, a manor house dating back to the 1600s, which are usually only open to the public by appointment under the National Gardens Scheme.
This year, there will be a small charge for entry to the show, with proceeds going to local organisations and St Richard’s Hospice in Worcester.
More information can be found on the show’s website at www.bretforton.net/show and on the Bretforton Show Facebook page www.facebook.com/BretfortonShow.
