A SINGER who previously performed in an ITV hit show will perform at The Stanton Village Club, near Broadway.

Despite the fact that he has sung and entertained from an early age, including a brief spell on the west end with the National Youth Theatre, Harry Cambridge's singing career really took off after appearing on ITV's 'Stars In Their Eyes' as Luther Vandross.

The producers were so impressed that they asked him to return for two more shows.

The Keeping It Live National Showcase awarded Mr Cambridge the Tufty Gordon Award for 'The Most Professional Artist' for 2017.

He will perform a Motown Tribute Show in addition to his Luther Vandross Tribute act on Saturday April 28.

Re-live the magic of Luther Vandross, seen as one of the greatest soul artists the United States has ever produced, plus on request, hear songs from Lionel Richie, Marvin Gaye, Barry White, Al Green and many more.

Luther Vandross and the sounds of soul is a solo tribute show to the world's greatest soul singers.

From emotional ballads such as 'Dance With My Father' and 'A House Is Not A Home' to the triumphant and foot stomping 'Ain't No Stopping Us Now' the hits keep coming.

Doors will open at 7.30pm with the act starting at 9pm and finishing at around 11.15pm. For tickets at £12 each, visit http://www.stantonclub.co.uk/entertainment.html or for more information, call 07783816967
