The Northwick Hotel in Evesham, which was sold to private buyers for over £1 million last month, will now be run by UK independent hospitality management group Hospitality First.
Hospitality First will be adding the Northwick Hotel to their list of hotel management contracts, including Best Western Tillington Hall, Best Western Crewe Arms Hotel, Holiday Inn Express Kettering, Holiday Inn Express Castle Bromwich, Holiday Inn Express Preston South, and the UK’s first fully branded Sure Hotel by Best Western Birmingham.
David Reading, managing director at Hospitality First, said: “We can’t explain how thrilled we are to add the Northwick Hotel in Evesham to our growing list of management contracts.
"It’s a fantastic venue, in a great location, and we can’t wait to get our teeth stuck into the project.”
The grade II listed hotel is situated in the waterside area of Evesham on the banks of the Avon.
The former 18th-century coaching inn was recently refurbished, providing 29 bedrooms, function and meeting rooms, and also a popular restaurant and bar.
