Club president to pass through Pershore

41 CLUB national president, Malcolm Lockey, will be passing through Pershore this month as part of his Millennium Way walk.

The 100 mile walk across the middle of England and has been organised to raise the profile of the club together with its chosen charity for the year, The Ocean Youth Trust.

The walk will completed over a period of 10 days, starting in from Banbury and finishing in Pershore on Saturday, July 10.

Mr Lockey said: “I know I’ll be greeted with a very warm welcome. The 41 Club here in Pershore always provides great hospitality.

“The visits and activities planned for along the way mean that our mission - fun, fellowship and community service - will be fulfilled in its entirety, and what better way to promote 41 Club to the outside world?”
