Following the devastating floods in 2007 Worcestershire county council told traders they would improve drainage along the High Street to prevent this sort of thing from happening again, but then I believe they pulled the plug and said that what happened in 2007 was exceptional and was unlikely to happen again for many many years. And today we have seen the High Street underwater due to the council's reluctance, even incompetence.

Someone at the council needs to be made accountable for yet further failings, while it is the poor businesses picking up the pieces in what are already difficult times, while the council clearly washed their hands with this problem.

Doesn't really look that chaotic to be honest.
