Pershore man injured in assault outside nightclub
A PERSHORE man had his jaw broken in an assault outside a Cheltenham nighclub.
Police in Cheltenham are appealing for witnesses after the attack on the 23-year-old which happened outside Subtone Nightclub on the Promenade, at about 2am on Sunday (1).
The victim was with his girlfriend when the assault happened. A man has spoken to the couple in what was thought to be an aggressive manner.
They asked him to stop, he has then pushed the victim to the floor and kicked him in the head.
He has suffered serious facial injuries, including a broken jaw and was treated at Worcestershire Royal Hospital.
The offender is described as a man, around 6ft tall with dark hair and possibly a moustache. He was wearing a dark blue shirt and black trousers.
