STUDENTS from an Evesham theatre company have been celebrating the group’s best ever exam results.

The six members of Vital Statistics Theatre Company all passed the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art exams which they sat two months ago.

Four of the pupils, all aged between eight and 13, achieved distinctions and one achieved a merit.

Stuart Inglis, the principal of the group, said: “They were purely performing arts exams done individually and in pairs. They have to do character research and then a performance. It is the most distinctions we have ever had in a group. They have all worked so hard for these exams so I am really proud of them.”
