Theme park’s boost for juice

VOTE: Bensons sales director Tracy Formby and Drayton Manor catering manager Mark Tierney with a bottle of Joosed!, which was voted best drink by theme park visitors
VISITORS to Drayton Manor Theme Park will have their taste buds tickled with a new Cotswolds juice drink.
After several weeks of product tasting on site, guests at the Staffordshire attraction voted Joosed! top of the pile. The juice is made by Benson’s, based in Sherborne, near Bourton-onthe- Water, and is made from 100 per cent pure natural fruit juice and spring water.
Bensons started production immediately with the opening orders.
Jeremy Benson, managing director, said: “My children adore Drayton Manor and so we are over the moon.
“It’s especially pleasing because both our businesses are family owned and run and being relatively local we are all helping support local farmers.”
Mark Tierney, Drayton Manor catering manager, said: “We saw it as a great fit to our beverage range. We always want to make sure that our guests approve and so we embarked upon an “onpark” taste trial and we are delighted to say that Joosed! was universally approved by our guests and our caterers.”
Drayton Manor will be serving additional Bensons products over their firework weekend. Visitors will be keeping warm with Hot Apple and Cinnamon, Paddy’s Punch and Archie’s Cider, with Hot Apple and Cinnamon available throughout the park until the new year.
