A MAN suspected of rape and sexual assault appeared before magistrates in Worcester on Tuesday.
Bajdar Abdolla of Waterside, Evesham, is charged with raping a woman aged 16 or over on Sunday, April 8, and assault on a female aged 13 and over on the same date.
Abdolla is next scheduled to appear at Worcester Crown Court for a plea and directions hearing on February 4.
Abdolla was granted bail on condition he does not contact any prosecution witnesses, he lives and sleeps at the address given to the court, he does not enter Mill Street in Evesham and he reports to Evesham Police Station on Saturdays
