A NEW care branch manager has been appointed for the retirement village in Malvern.
Emma Roberts has been appointed to the role of care branch manager at Audley Care Malvern, located at Audley Ellerslie, the luxury retirement village.
The new manager has previous experience working in the industry for the last 10 years, working across a range of sectors from the hotel and retail industry to a day care centre for dementia.
The new role will see her overseeing the day-to-day care service delivered to the wider local community and owners of Audley Ellerslie.
Audley Care Malvern Care Branch at Ellerlslie provides care to owners in the village and those living within a 20-mile radius.
Care services delivered include a helping hand with daily domestic tasks, personal care, and, most importantly, a trusted face and someone to listen.
Emma said: “I’ve always been passionate about care and hospitality, dedicated to delivering the highest possible standards at all times.
"I love what I do and I’m extremely excited for what is to come at Audley Care Malvern.”
Paul Morgan, managing director of operations at Audley, said: “Emma will be a real asset to our senior team, embodying all the qualities that we look to instil in our carers at Audley Care.
"Audley has expanded rapidly over the last few years and her expertise will be invaluable as we expand Audley Care in line with this growth.”
