WORCESTER law firm Harrison Clark Rickerbys has helped a client with a multi-million pound acquisition.

Harrison Clark Rickerby's has helped client Capital Care Group to acquire a new care home - Anville Court in Wolverhampton - in a £10.2m package.

The deal sees the group adding the 47-bed care home to its existing list of homes in Stoke-on-Trent, Macclesfield, Shropshire and Worcestershire.

Harrison Clark Rickerby's finance expert Tim Littler and healthcare expert Charlotte Thornton-Smith led the team to complete the deal. This is the third acquisition the firm has managed for the group in the last year.
