A THRIVING business club founded by a Worcester-based media communications company has celebrated its fourth anniversary.

Chris Green Media's (CGM) business media club combines media training, communications and marketing training, personal development and quality networking.

The club launched in 2013 and after becoming popular it now meets on the fourth Friday of every month.

Each meeting explores a different topic and skill to inspire businesses to communicate better.

To celebrate the anniversary the most recent meeting, at the end of September at Worcestershire County Cricket Club, discussed how to shape the 2018 communications plan.

CGM managing partner and meeting host Chris Green said: “We were delighted to welcome members and visitors to recall success stories and would like to thank our contributors who have helped to make the club so innovative.

“Our motto has always been ‘all egos are left at the door’. The club thrives on interaction and enables people from a wide range of businesses and organisations to have their say.”

Media relations partner Teresa Green added: “Members often say that the club has completely changed their approach to marketing and we hope that will continue for many more years to come.”

The next meeting of the Worcester Business Media Club will be taking place on Friday, October 27. The presentation theme is character marketing and will focus on blog writing skills.
