A WORCESTERSHIRE building developer is moving into a new regional headquarters in Worcester.

Miller Homes is opening a new regional office at Brook Court on the Whittington Park office development in Worcester, following a deal overseen by Bruton Knowles.

Brook Court is situated on the outskirts of the city and is set in attractive landscaped surroundings overlooking the Malvern Hills.

Danny O’Connor, regional managing director for Miller Homes Midlands, said: “We have exciting growth plans for our business and we identified Brook Court as a location which will provide us with strong footing in the West Midlands.

“The new office, combined with further land investment, will help us achieve the carefully planned and ambitious target set for the business as a whole, of 4,000 units over the next three to four years.

"We are delighted to be moving into Worcester and look forward to establishing our new regional office in the area."

Robert Smith, from Bruton Knowles, said: “Miller Homes looked at a number of options and settled on Brook Court as it offered open plan modern office space in an ideal location.

"Miller Homes has taken two floors amounting to some 7,800 sq ft on a new 10 year lease.”

Brook Court forms part of the Whittington Hall complex within an area of landscaped parkland developed in the late 19th Century around the original country house.

Fellow occupiers include the Resource Group, Mainstay Group Ltd and Hofmann Pruftechnik UK Ltd.

Bruton Knowles Worcester office is the firm’s 13th national office and it has secured a number of similar high quality profile agency acquisition and disposal instructions combined with an expansion of traditional professional work undertaken by the practice throughout the county.
