A MIDLANDS window installer is making the move to Worcestershire.

DJT & Son Ltd has moved from Rubery to Redditch, taking on a 5,673 sq ft property, on a five year lease.

Property agents John Truslove have helped the firm make the move to Moons Park, Burnt Meadow Road, North Moons Moat.

Office manager Lauren Bradley said: “We have gone from three employees in January 2016 to 15 today and hopefully we will be taking on more.

“This is a big expansion for us as we needed a lot more space.”

Run by directors Dennis Turner, his son Ian and Dawn Kane, DJT & Son Ltd specialises in the supply, installation, repair and care of uPVC doors, windows, porches, tiled conservatory warm roofs, fascias, soffits and guttering.

Clients include Birmingham City Council, Fortem/Willmott Dixon, Redditch Borough Council, Keepmoat and Redditch Friends Housing Association.

Ms Bradley added: “A lot of our business is council work and that continues to grow, but we are working on promoting the domestic side too, helping homeowners to update and enhance their properties with our low cost, high quality products.

“There is no secret to our success – it is simply down to a lot of hard work and our well trained and friendly employees.”

Ben Truslove, a director of John Truslove, said: “I am sure the new facilities will allow DJT & Son Ltd a new window of opportunity to enhance what is already an excellent business, delivering an excellent service.

“We were very pleased to be able to help them with their vision and ambitions.

“North Moons Moat and Ravensbank are now undoubtedly the premier business/industrial areas in Redditch on account both of the quality and scale of development along with ease of access to the motorway network.”
