LONGDON Brownies have continued to keep the village tidy.

They decided to take some photos of their activities which have been entered in a county competition for Making a Difference to the community.

When the weather has not been fine, they have continued finding out about the lives of refugees and the challenges they face.

The girls enjoyed participating in an activity when they had to work out what essentials they could afford with limited money.

On the Tuesday before half term, the girls had a photo trail and quiz round St Wulstan’s nature reserve in Upper Welland. One of the fathers joined us and pointed out flowers and trees. At the end of the meeting Lily made her Brownie Promise outdoors.
