AT our meeting on Thursday, June 9, Mike Bottomley gave us an interesting insight into the life of Katherine Parr, the last wife of Henry VIII. Our next meeting is on Thursday, July 14 at 7.30pm in the Moreton WI Hall, when the speaker will be Michael Bunston who will talk on the ‘Wonders of Tea’.
