Our April meeting was well attended and all present enjoyed an entertaining, often amusing, and informative talk given by Julian Tolkein entitled "In your greenhouse". Julian's knowledge in this sphere is second to none and he gave expert advice on taking cuttings, and their subsequent care, and also advising on the care of pots when planting up from season to season. Julian is also a recognised plant breeder. Our next meeting is a talk by John Heathcote entitled "The Cotswolds, an area of natural beauty". The meeting is in the Memorial Hall on Wednesday May 25 at 7.30pm and everyone is welcome.
