AN Evesham woman has appeared live on ITV's This Morning with Philip Schofield and Fern Britton as an expert help regarding hair loss issues.
Sally-Ann Tarver, of the Cotswold Trichology Centre in Port Street, Evesham, was asked to advise on celebrity Jason Gardener's hair loss issues as he attempted to come to terms with it live on national TV.
Jason, of Dancing on Ice, Queer Eye for a Straight Guy fame, had undergone a year of ineffective laser treatment and then allergic reactions to the glue used with his hair replacement system. He had the system removed after six months of severe pain and discomfort.
Sally-Ann was asked about the issues of hair loss, various treatments available and how it can affect people's lives.
Sally-Ann said: "Jason unfortunately hadn't had all of his options explained to him and took advice from sales people rather than consulting an expert.
There are lots of options available for anyone suffering hair loss these days."
Since the show, Sally-Ann has been inundated with calls and e-mails from men and women seeking advice on hair loss.
