EVESHAM residents can learn more about benefits of Homeopathy in a series of events in the town.

Homeopathy Awareness Week 2008 takes place between June 14 and 21 and local people can see it in action on three informative days.

Evesham homeopath Kelda White will be leading sessions at Boots in Evesham on Saturday, June 14, Wyedean Wholefoods, Evesham on Thursday, June 19 and C M Ogles in Pershore on Friday 20.

She will be explaining to visitors how homeopathy can help with a range of health issues and will be on hand to offer advice, carry out free mini-consultations and discuss remedies.

Kelda has recently returned from Mumbai where she saw homeopathy being used by Indian doctors on thousands of patients.

She said: "It is inspiring to see homeopathy in India and the UK being used so effectively with everything from coughs and skin conditions to heart disease, diabetes, depression and more. I am looking forward to applying my knowledge to help local people deal with their health issues.

"This years Homeopathy Awareness Week is focused on helping those who suffer from allergies including hayfever, perennial rhinitis and even food intolerances. Even if you are allergy free, now is the perfect opportunity to help with any other niggling health concerns that may be on your mind."
