Now the alterations appear to be complete in Pershore. I thought I should write to add my opinion.
I am not a builder by any stretch of the imagination, but even I can see what a absolutely shabby job it is. Uneven paths, broken bricks already, gaps in the bricks, and the road surface in Bridge Street very rough. I am sure I mentioned the zebra crossing on the corner of broad Street before. Well I would love to meet the joker who thought of that one. Just so I could tell them what a stupid and very dangerous place that is to put a crossing. Then I understand last Saturday there was a day of celebration. Please the only thing to celebrate is at last for now Pershore as no roadworks. How can the bureaucrats celebrate when a lot of people were hurt while the alterations were being done. One poor lady I understand as got to have surgery after a fall.
Anyway it don't matter because, the majority of Pershore Town Council supported the idea and we all know they don't give a dam about what Pershore folk want. I mean come on they ignore the Peoples wishes and now one of them is going on about package waste. I am sure everyone is well aware about recycling (I mean we get it rammed down our throats every day) but come in to the real world and do what you were elected to do and represent what Pershore people want, after all recycling is a world wide thing. I am fed up to the back teeth of there opinions I respectively suggest if you cant represent Pershore folk in the capacity in which you were elected to do then do us all a favour and resign.
