Having read yet a another misled letter regarding Abbey garage I would suggest people really should talk to the man behind the redevelopment of the site and get there facts straight. Laurence Bilton is a genuine man and very approachable and when you speak to him you will see how passionate he is about the site
As an owner of one of the buildings at the rear of Abbey Garage I have always been made aware of what will be done on the site.
Mr Bilton is trying to bring a breath of fresh air to the top of Pershore and I am fully behind him, I would not have dealt with Mr Bilton if he hadn't of got a development plan that was going to benefit all aspects. He has been very passionate about the site and about my town which for some one who is effectively not a local I think is magical.
I was born and bred in Pershore and my family go back along way so I want nice things for my Town and Mr Bilton is doing this.

From this I will be investing in my business further and hope to achieve a purpose-built forge for the work experience programme I have with local schools so that the art of Blacksmithing will be pushed to a forefront in our local schools. I am very passionate about my craft and doing this has always been in my mind and the redevelopment of Abbey Garage will give me the finances in which to do this.
So it's not all doom and gloom there are things that will progress from the redevelopment of the site and when they work will all the people who have made bad comments about the site stand up and be counted and pat Mr Bilton on the back?
Steven Ellis Cooper, Blacksmith and Ironworker, Pershore.
