REPORTS of a coach on fire between M5 junctions eight and seven turned out to be a blown engine.
Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service sent crews from Worcester, Pershore and Upton-on-Severn at just before 12.10pm to the northbound carriageway.
The fire brigade said the call was made with "good intent" but there was no fire.
