A MAN who had an extreme pornographic image has avoided an immediate jail term.
Nicholas Emms, aged 46, of Philipscote, Evesham, pleaded guilty to possessing an extreme pornographic image portraying an act which is likely to result in seriously injury to a person’s private parts at Worcester Magistrates Court on Thursday (October 19).
Emms was sentenced to four months custody, suspended for 12 months.
He was fined £185 costs and a £115 victim surcharge.
Magistrates ordered the forfeiture and destruction of the laptop.
