The 2014 Annual Spring Show was held on Saturday 12th April in Ebrington Village Hall.
In spite of the mild but very wet winter, members managed to find plenty of daffodils narcissi and tulips and lots of early shrubs together with some terrific entries in the children’s classes
There were nearly 250 entries which was a great figure and well up on last year‘s show.
The results were as follows: -
Silver Vase in memory of Miss Stella Elphick for most points in Show
– Kate Denham
Shield for best exhibit in Classes 1-17 – Eric Williams
Children’s classes:-
Easter Cup Cakes
Ages up to 9 1st Raphael MacDonald
Ages 10 – 14 1st Noah MacDonald
Eggstraordinary!
Ages up to 9 1st Libby Cooke
Ages 10 – 14 1st Noah MacDonald
Thank you to all the organisers and helpers, to all those who exhibited, to the judges and to everybody who visited the show in the afternoon
