EVESHAM Gardening Club held their Annual General Meeting on November 25, 2014. The Chairperson thanked all members, speakers and guests for their participation over the year. The club made a slight deficit over the year but were pleased to have recruited a few new faces. The Kirkland prize for the best table entries over the year was awarded to Ann Saunders with Sheila Townley coming a close second. The end of the meeting was followed by Christmas food and refreshments. The first meeting of 2015 is 7.30pm January 27 at Wallace House, Oat Street when the speaker will be Ray Sturdy who will offer “A drop of the hard stuff”. New members will be welcome to join.
