AT OUR Annual General Meeting held in November the new Committee was appointed and members were given programmes of the holidays, outings and guest speakers for 2016. Also in November, 30 members of the Club enjoyed a 5 day Turkey and Tinsel break in Eastbourne which included outings to Brighton, Tunbridge Wells, Hastings and Rye. At our December meeting, the Club held a Christmas party with entertainment which was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. The next meeting on January 13 is our annual New Year Lunch which is held at Wychwood Golf Club. On the 10th February our guest speaker will be Shaun McCormac and the topic will be “The Yeoman Guard”. The meeting will be held at the Congregational Church Hall at 2.30.
