EVESHAM & District Mental Health Support Services have been serving the Community since 1973.We are a registered and independent mental health charity and we are passionate about providing a better life for people who experience mental distress. This week we were delighted to receive a visit from Nigel Huddleston MP who is our President. Our services include the Welcome Club (Day Centre) which is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. We have started a Dementia Support Group on a Wednesday afternoon and an exercise class on a Thursday afternoon. We provide individual counselling sessions and other complimentary therapies. We are a drop in centre and we encourage people to just call in for a friendly chat, a hot drink and some support. We give Telephone and Email support. All of our services are self-referral and donation based, there is nothing else like it in this area & the feedback we receive is very positive and those that use our services develop strong bonds and it is a lifeline for them. If you would like to use our services or know of anyone who would benefit from them, maybe you would be interested in volunteering, please contact Sally Padfield or Sally Earley on 01386 429454 E: marketingpr@btconnect.com
