Pershore & District Branch, Royal British Legion are holding their 2016 Poppy Concert at Number 8, High Street, Pershore, Worcestershire on Saturday 8 October 2016 commencing at 7.30pm. The concert will be a mix of old and new, with music ranging from World War One favourites via Word War Two to modern times.
Providing the entertainment are the Band of the West Midlands Fire & Rescue Service under the direction of Mr Pat Ryan, Pershore Town's very own Choir, conducted by Mr David Barclay and the female trio of Georgia, Hayley and Jessica, better known as the D Day Dolls.
The evening will culminate in a "Last Night of the Proms" style sing-a-long. Tickets are priced at £17 and available from Number 8 box office either in person or via the phone on 01386 555488.
All proceeds will be going to Pershore & District's 2016 Poppy Appeal.
