David Baker Funeral Directors of 98, High Street, Bidford on Avon were delighted to have supplied the buffet for the Queen's birthday celebration lunch held by the Bidford Dementia Café on Monday 6th June. The lunch was organised by Wendy Lancaster, the Café secretary, with help from many volunteers. In attendance along with many of the regulars was Harry Knight the Vice Chair of Bidford Parish Council, Dr Deborah Edwards representing Bidford Health Centre and Gabby Sanchez from the funeral home. The event was a great success and further special events are planned for the future.
Bidford Dementia Café meet every Monday ( except bank holidays ) 10.30am to 12.30am at Westholme Court, Westholme Road, Bidford on Avon.
