FESTIVE period over, members banished the January blues and enjoyed our annual meal. Held once again at Evesham Golf Club we were treated to superb food, excellent service, and rounded off with a generous raffle. Big thank you to all the staff at the Golf Club and also to Frances for organizing the evening.
The new exciting 2017 programme, organized once again by Sue Bentley, was given to members and as usual looks full of interest and fun. Highlights include speakers talking on a wide range of subjects, from serving on the Royal Yacht Britannia to Mary Quant, and events including a summer tea, a games evening and a fashion show!
Next meeting February 14 with Linda Baker leading “Move it or Lose it”, Wear loose clothing. Meetings start at 7.30pm in Cropthorne and Charlton Village Hall, Main Street, Cropthorne. Visitors welcome, for more information contact 01386 - 247439.
