ON Saturday July 9 we had a plant and garden bric- a- brac stall at the Ebrington Village Fete. It was a great success with large numbers of plants (provided by members) being totally sold out;
This was followed by an evening visit to Chivel Farm, Heythrop on Tuesday 12 July. What a magnificent garden! It is superbly designed for continuous interest and has extensive views over the surrounding countryside. The colour schemed borders have many unusual trees, shrubs and herbaceous plants. There is also a formal white garden.
Our Annual Summer Show will take place on Saturday 13 August at Washbrook Farm, Ebrington commencing 2pm. Light refreshments will be available. Classes in the Show include vegetables, flowers, fruit, floral art, children’s classes, cookery, wine, photography, craft work, and poultry.
So there is plenty to see-why not come along and have a very enjoyable afternoon.
