SINCE January, members of Musyck Anon, Evesham’s a cappella choir, have been working hard, learning new songs and polishing up old ones. Now it’s time to get out of the rehearsal room and take to the streets!
Our first performance is part of the Shakespeare Birthday Celebrations at Stratford on Saturday, April 22. We’ll be singing outside the library in Henley Street from 1.30-2pm and from 2.30-3pm. We have three new singers who will be making their debut with us – Margaret, Frances and Richard. Come along and give them a cheer!
During the summer Musyck Anon has a couple of performances in Evesham. On Saturday, June 17 we’ll be singing from 9.45am to 10.15am in the Town Hall as part of the Evesham Festival of Music. Then at 3pm on Saturday, July 15, the choir will be giving a concert at St. Lawrence’s Church, Evesham.
