MAY I, through the columns of your newspaper, thank the good people of Evesham who turned out in force to take part in the Big Evesham Spring Clean last week.
Armed with bin-bags, brooms and dustpans on a beautiful summer's evening, we collected an astonishing 45 bin liners full of rubbish from the streets and parks of our town.
Being part of such a project makes me very proud to be from Evesham.
