A NOTE of thanks to the police who carried out a drugs raid just before Christmas on a property in Pershore where cannabis was being grown.
It was done with the minimum of fuss and the maximum effect, and it is hoped will act as a deterrent to any future activity, at least in Pershore.
Too often the police are criticised for lack of action, but this does demonstrate how professional they can and are – often helped, of course, by local residents.
Once again many thanks for helping make our towns secure.
